Warranty  Applicable & Not Applicable Conditions  for automatic water level controller all  Varma models

Clause :1

                    Varma Products Are Not  A Waterproof. So Water Existence Trace And If It Is Known  That The Fault Was Caused By Water ,If Confirmed, . Warranty Not Covered  In This Clause.

Clause :2

              Varma Product Should Not Be  Face Any Short Circuit Issue . If Happen  Warranty Not Covered In This Clause.

Clause :3

                      Varma All Product As Not Have  Any Broken Warranty. So Warranty Not Covered for this Clause.

Clause :4

                   Varma Product Should Not Be  Face Any Fire Accident Issue . If Happen  Warranty Not Covered In This Clause.

Clause :5

                              Varma Products Are Not  A FlameProof  And Heatproof. So Fire or Flame  Or Heat  Existence Trace And If It Is Known  That The Fault Was Caused By Those,If Confirmed or Accidented, . Warranty Not Covered In This Clause..

Clause :6

                                Varma All Products Warranty  Not Covers Human errors. So Due to Human Error Existence Trace  On  Our Products And If It Is Known  That The Fault Was Caused By Those If Confirmed or Accidented,  Warranty is Not Covered In This Clause.

Clause:7

                                Varma Products  Accessories  Always Does Not Have Any Warranty  Eg: ( Float, wires Pipes etc )

Clause:8

                          Due To Burn Of Electronic & Electrical Components Inside  The Varma Products Not Covers Warranty.Warranty Not Covered In This Clause

Clause:9

                                     Varma All Electrical And Electronics Products  Warranty Not Covers. Due to Invoice  Payment Not Paid  Or Payment Pending Or Partial Payments Paid, are Should be Paid   Within  60 Days from the Date Of Invoice is raised. Otherwise, the Warranty For The  Billed Products is Cancelled By Gsv Electrical Enterprises.

Clause:10

                          Varma Products Warranty Also Covers Manufacturing Defect  If Confirmed. Warranty Covered In This Clause.

Clause:11

                    Varma Brand ensures that we are not responsible if any issues or malfunctions occurs in present & future happen in  Electric Motor & its Accessories.

Clause:12 

                          If issues happen in except varma products  are chargeable  with consulting fees ,service charge ,and spare cost customer must pay
